Work Responsibilities

As we are planning to set up a local office in Bangladesh (Dhaka) in the future, we are looking for a person who can perform bridging work between partner companies in Bangladesh and the Japanese side as well as development. After joining the company, you will be involved in one of the following most suitable tasks after a thorough discussion of your experience, skills and orientation.


  • Development of contracted projects

  • Development of own products

  • Bridge work between partner companies in Bangladesh and the Japanese side

  • If you join us in a leadership position, you will also be responsible for the following two tasks:

  • Accompanying sales activities

  • Team management and project profitability management

Working style :

  • You will be working remotely, but you may be required to come to work several times a month for the first few months.

  • Flexibility in dealing with projects in technical fields in which they have no experience.

  • Able to think and act spontaneously in difficult situations and lead to solutions

Organizational Structure

Approximately 25 people overall

(including non-regular employees)

*60% engineers (including 5 foreign nationals from China, Vietnam, Taiwan, etc.)

Working Hours

Flexible Working system:

Standard working hours per day: 8 hours

Core time: 10:00 to 15:00

*Overtime work is less than 10 hours per month on average.
