Work Responsibilities

- Propose and implement problem-solving and growth strategies for the engineering organization

- Planning and implementation of internal events to deepen understanding of expertise and organization

- Recruitment and public relations activities to scale up the engineering organization

- Maximizing the results of engineering staff and supporting their career growth

- Setting of quarterly goals and evaluations for the growth of engineering members, as well as daily one-on-one communication and feedback

- Assigning roles and projects to engineer members with an awareness of their career and growth

Team structure

You will be in charge of development as an engineer in a project (4 to 10 people). Our average age is 32 years old, and we have a wide range of people from late 20s to 40s.
