Work Responsibilities

This position is mainly responsible for responding to inquiries (via email and phone) from foreign clients who use payment services on behalf of the client.

The team has a high reputation for customer satisfaction among vendors around the world, and the team is working together to expand the service further. The team consists of bilingual English and Japanese members from more than 9 different countries. The products of our clients are updated daily in line with economic trends, so the ability to absorb knowledge with a sense of speed and eagerness is required.

Development environment

User Support

Rather than just answering email inquiries (in Japanese and English), we try to understand what the user is really looking for and make the best proposal from a variety of products. You will be able to support both large corporations and start-ups while keeping up with the latest changes in business trends as users' businesses vary widely.

Project promotion work

In this role, you will work with clients to develop proposals for necessary improvements and future measures to improve their services, as seen through your daily work.

Team building

We are planning to expand into a larger team as we expand our services and projects to a scale of 50 people. Everyone is working to take leadership and grow as a team. We will continue to hire 5 people in a 2.3-month term until we have a team of 50 people.

Working hours

Shifts: Basically 9:00-18:00

(There is also a pattern of starting from 10:00 to 12:00)

*Overtime: 10 to 20 hours per month.
