Must

- Japanese: N2 intermediate or higher

- Experience in Linux server construction/operation (experience in virtualization such as KVM, VM, etc. is desirable)

- Middleware tuning experience

- Working knowledge and experience with networks (Router, Switch, Load Balancer, Firewall, Protocol)

Good to have

Experience in at least two of the following is a plus:

- Improvement of legacy infrastructure operations and systems

- Infrastructure design and construction in an on-premise/cloud environment

- Office network setup experience

- Experience using scripting languages (Bash, etc.) in business

- Improvement of bottlenecks and architecture

Work Responsibilities


- Design, build, manage, operate and maintain servers (Linux) and cloud (AWS)

- Selection, design, and construction of network, middleware, and management services

- SPoF improvement, monitoring, and fault handling

- Improvement of bottleneck and architecture

- Security measures

Development environment


OS: Linux (CentOS/Amazon Linux)

Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, Route53, RDS, CloudFront, CloudWatch, Lambda, CloudFormation), Azure (some)

DB: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.

Middleware: Apache/Nginx, Elasticsearch, Chef, Kubernetes, Zabbix, etc.

Deployment tools: GitHub, Jenkins, etc.

Communication: Gmail, Slack, Kibela, Redmine, Trello, Backlog, etc.

Hardware: Dell, HP, NEC, Cisco, Alliedtelesis, FortiGate, etc.

Working hours


9:00 - 18:00

*Including 45h/month of deemed overtime

*Average overtime hours for the entire company is about 15 hours/month.
