Work Responsibilities


Mission:

  • Our client is looking for a Project Manager for a new system development project based on EC know-how. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a global company who are looking to expand their business.

  • The mission is to ensure the quality and delivery of a complex and diverse system that releases a grand DX strategy that cannot be achieved with SaaS cart services such as Shopify or BASE.

  • In the future, you will be a project manager for large scale systems (100+ person-months) and will be responsible for leading projects that help major companies solve their business challenges and create new business models.

  • The main client is a retail business. Our main clients are retail businesses, including department stores, apparel and specialty shops, with sales of at least tens of billions of yen and up to one trillion yen.

  • Over the past few years we have also been approached by companies outside the retail sector.

  • We are working with real estate companies and general trading companies on a variety of projects that link web services to the real world, such as an interior system including QR gates for a huge building complex, and an RFID link system for a shopping mall and e-commerce.

  • We have been an early adopter of DX in the retail industry for many years, as new lifestyles have taken hold and EC demand continues to grow.

  • We've built a number of partnerships with some of Japan's most recognisable clients as a result of our speed, attention to detail and trial-and-error approach.

Details:

  • Assigned to a development PJ based on any of the microservice platform "REBLITZ", EC package "EC-ORANGE", and tablet POS system "ORANGE POS" of our own products.

  • Depending on the scale of the project, we will leave the role as PM or PL. ・ Negotiation with internal and external stakeholders such as clients and external vendors.

  • Ensuring quality and delivery through requirement definition, basic design, code review, overall schedule adjustment.

Working Hours


Standard working hours: 9:30 - 18:30

Core hours: 11:00 - 15:00

Flexible working hours: 7:00 - 11:00; 15:00 - 22:00
