Work Responsibilities

Mission: To implement a scalable CRM platform that provides a 360 degree view of customer data, enabling all levels of the business.

Role :

Configure and customize SalesCloud and ServiceCloud to serve OANDA Japan's customers and employees, as well as OANDA's 300+ Salesforce users worldwide.

As OANDA Japan is in the process of migrating its legacy CRM to OANDA's global Salesforce environment, you will play a key role in understanding OANDA Japan's business requirements and planning and migrating these workflows to the Salesforce.

In addition to developing Salesforce, we also write and migrate custom Java-based integrations between Salesforce and our own retail trading applications. As this is essentially a Java (Java 11) development project, we are looking for someone with strong upstream experience using Java.
