About the Company

We are a team of four engineers who started our activities in 2016. Under the slogan of "360° Digital Integrator", we provide multifaceted support for client companies' DX through web system development, web production, UIUX design, web marketing, consulting and growth hacking.

In web service development, we support a wide range of agile development, from mission-critical large-scale scratch development to speedy construction using SaaS and collaboration among SaaS.

We are also active in the area of UIUX, which has not been well established in Japan. Our design team is rapidly expanding to create a flow for Spice Factory as we take the challenge of branded business, and we have been certified as a platinum partner for global platforms such as Hub spot. Currently, we are a venture company with only 50 employees, but we plan to continue to expand our workforce to 100 or 300 employees.

Our company are actively involved in projects related to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), local government projects for regional development, projects involving the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and other government agencies, as well as projects in education, healthcare and other industries with high public and social responsibility. These projects account for 40-50% of our sales.

Work Responsibilities

This is a 100% direct contract, in-house development role where you will be responsible for all aspects of the project from defining requirements to design and development to release for new business launches and DX projects. This is a great environment for those who want to expand their development skills in a growing organization, as you will have the chance to experience the most advanced and modern technology stack.

The engineers themselves select the technologies to be used, develop prototypes that can be utilized and moved at high speed in an agile manner, and provide services all the way through to operation. Many of these services hold high contribution potential to the society, while being cutting edge and covering a wide variety of domains.

The company is open to incorporating new technologies as long as they are reasonable, so this opening is recommended for people who want to constantly update their knowledge of tech.

Specific projects:

  • The Admissions Office (TAO), a newly developed application platform for Japanese and Asian universities and colleges based on the global standard application platform, has been adopted by Waseda University, Keio University, and other famous universities.

  • The launch of a new service for Mitsubishi Corporation Fashion.

  • Development of a new voice communication application to replace and supplement off-talk communication and disaster prevention radio for local governments. Features of the development organization

  • Since the company was founded by four engineers, we try to think rationally from the perspective of engineers first, and pursue productivity to the fullest.

  • Full-scratch development of new services at a rate of six months to one year per project, with consistent support from technology selection to implementation. Career path:

  • After six months to a year as a ‘player’ which does mainly coding, you will be in charge of requirements definition, design. and development as a team leader. In addition to working as an engineer, you will also be involved in hearings with clients and creating plans, so you will be able to work directly with clients.

Working Hours

Work Hours: Flex-time system (core hours: 11:00 to 15:00)

Standard working hours: 8 hours (with at least 1 hour break)

Average overtime hours: 15 hours per month
